Serving at Lifepointe
At the center of a member of Lifepointe lies the heart of a servant. Serving is how we connect with our community and show the love of God in a practical way. It’s how we discover Jesus in our own lives and help others discover him. Serving allows us to directly impact our world – our families, friends, neighbors, co-workers, church, and community.
Whether it’s a simple as cleaning and maintaining the building, working in the nursery Sunday mornings, or meeting the needs of the homeless, we have dozens of opportunities to serve at Lifepointe. We invite everyone to get involved in one-time service projects, such as work days at the church or projects with a local homeless shelter. Most of our Growth Groups complete a service project during each round or study.
We have opportunities for you to serve at Lifepointe whether you have been coming for one week or several years! We also encourage you to take our Starting Pointe class and our core discipleship workshops (Equip 201 and Unleash 301). They are designed to help you continue to mature as a Christ-follower (no matter where you are in your journey) and discover additional ways to live out your faith. Our goal is, as the names imply, to equip you and unleash you! We want to help you to continuously discover Jesus and go be Jesus.
